I came in early on a Saturday. I did not know it was cashless and had to run to get my debit card. I asked the girl at the front if they could get my order ready while I ran to get my card. She said yes and said to call to double check. I called and my order wasn’t ready, so I placed it over the phone. When I arrived to wait for me order, I overheard the manager Phil and another team member talking poorly about me right within customer view and earshot. This was my first time at this place. When I heard them talking poorly about me, I cancelled my order and left. I will not patronize a place where customers are talked poorly about when they did nothing wrong. I would be mortified to know my business is run this way.
