We’ve been staying at the local Embers campsite and came to The Crown to watch the women’s World Cup final . The bar at the front was packed but all the locals were really friendly and gave up their seats for our two children. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and locals. After the match we stayed for a roast in the garden. Food came super quickly, was presented beautifully and was delicious. Great size portions. Beer garden has a grassy area for kids to play along with a climbing area. Would definitely come again- bit jealous that this isn’t our local!
Had a lovely meal at The Crown on New Years Eve, from out of the area so was unsure what to expect. The meal was lovely and perfectly cooked, staff are super friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend if your in the area.
Fabulous Christmas lunch Stephen and his team looked festive in their jumpers and were very attentive.
Great food, good service, very quick good value for money, will definately visit again.
