The Chequers At Crowle

we visited the chequers in crowle for a meal with my elders after they had returned from a weekend away for both birthdays. we needed a dog friendly and here was very acceptable. we have booked a table and sitting in the bar where bowls of water were available. the building itself was beautiful, enough parking available and the gardens look like they would be a more wonderful place to sit in the summer months. my favorite function was the open fire. we sat and we were not quite sure whether the service was at the table or at the bar. we waited and watched over the menu before someone put our order for drinks and then separated for eating. I ordered the bavette steak medium rare. it was cooked as ordered and the whole meal was nice. the pfeffer sauce was the best I had everywhere. it was almost like a serious one. I had dessert the chocolate chip cake pot. that never felt ending, but in a great wise! it was creamy, not too sweet, but much of it. what hit him was the service, it was a little slow and something was missing. Maybe they had a busy afternoon, maybe it was busy in the restaurant and we couldn't see where we were. we don't eat a big thing, so when we visit again, I'll be happy to edit my review: overall, fantastic eating!

from beginning to end I enjoyed everything. the beer garden is beautiful and large with a pleasant view over fields. the pub itself is immaculate, a great bar area and the restaurant area is separated if you want a more country Inn experience. to eat. every cure was delicious and plentiful. no baby portions here. only neat eating well cooked and beautifully presented. Everyone who comes to visit here must have an epic cheesecake pot. you will not move an hour after that, but it is worth it! I feel that it is exactly right how they get what they pay.

stunning, picturesque pub in a quiet landscape, a real nice place for drinks. I remember having eat here many years ago, which was also excellent, but have visited some paintings recently for drinks and always had an excellent pint (wye valley all the way! .

great lunch, they get exactly right, excellent staff and everything just arrived if it should.
