It has been a very long time since I've eaten at the Cheesecake Factory, this time we had out of town guests who requested it specifically so we came for lunch. How lucky a decision that was. The restaurant wasn't too busy, but buzzing for a Mondayafternoon. We were seated at a clean table and received promptly by perhaps the most professional individual I've met this year.EJ was friendly, highly polished and professional and proactively anticipated our every need. The food was great but EJ and hisincredibly level of customer service made the experience remarkable. He was so good that everyone at the table actually mademention of just how great he is. Whether it is training or EJ, it made our experience wonderful. I've actually taken a pictureof how he presented the dessert menu after our meal. Every menu turned to the proper page, presented perfectly. As for thefood, everything came out quickly and prepared to order. The filet mignon was ordered as medium rare and it was perfectlycooked. Overall a really unexpected, incredible experience.
The Cheesecake Factory restaurant, It?s really good one established with it?s performance even with any mistakes they recovered quickly, like what happened with my friend when we gathered together for dinner the chicken plate came super hard we tried totaste it but it was really tough, we had requested from the waiter she quickly asked her manager to change, they didrabidly. my last review was in the year 2017- not to say that I haven't eaten much since here because I have- but my (our) meals were subpar and too time service.
my review really focuses on the mac n cheese children's menu. my children are picky eaters and they really enjoy eating here, only for the mac n cheese.
