The Burger Experience

We 've been to the North Wales Grub Burger 3 times in the last 2 weeks. From the food to the service everything was exceptional every time! Today was no exception when my daughter specifically wanted to eat lunch there. She ordered the burger from the sea. When it came she realized it was not the burger she ordered the last time we were there but decided to eat it anyway. When one of the staff came over to see how our meal was we said good with the exception of my daughter ordering the wrong burger. She immediately had a manager come to the table and the manager removed her plate and placed an order for a salmon burger which is what she really wanted. I handed the manager my debit card to pay and she said 'it was no problem ' and told us to enjoy our meal. I was really impressed. We made the mistake, not Grub Burger...that is exceptional customer service!

The burgers were excellent. Nicely cooked and seasoned, the bungalow was warm and almost perfect... coupled with the fresh ingredients and unique flavors it was simply amazing. Our new favorite burger connection. If that wasn't enough, the cheeseries are excellent! Thin slices fries, not too fat, cooked exactly right. Then the cake funnel, its beverage selection is amazing. I recommend the mint shake.

This place rocks! I tried the Guacopotle Burger yesterday, it was the best burger I ever had!! It was perfectly cooked as I like, medium rarely the steamed buns melted in your mouth not too wide! The staff was also very friendly! I can't wait to go back! YUM!

Very satisfied with my experience. The food was amazing and the staff was so courteous with our food allergies. I can't wait to go back!
