Not only was the delivery 1h40m after accepting the order, but the bag and boxes came wet from the rain. Charging €3 per delivery, do they not have thermal bags? The meat with the accessories poorly wrapped in aluminum foil. Half of them have remained stuck to it and the meat juices have been lost. We had to heat the burger, put it on the bun to eat a mass of bland, tasteless and dry meat. The ham has never even seen the I in his life. The waitresses were laughing and the service has not been very good. We were on the terrace and our area was in darkness, on the other side they have put strips of light bulbs and they were much better. I expected more from the Lotus hamburger, in the photos I have seen there is more sauce, in the photo it seems that it is a cheeseburger with half a lotus biscuit and the bread was dry...
