Thatcher's Coffee

This is my favorite coffee shop in all of the PNW. It is locally owned by a super rad lady who really cares about her staff and the local community. Thatchers' layout and interior design is modern, warm, and well thought out. I LOVE the percolator pendant lighting, community table, giant chalkboard art that changes regularly. The baked goods are INSANELY delicious. My fav is the shortbread cookie. They offer different roaster's coffees including Onyx, Roseline, Proud Mary. The tea blends are also impressive. They have great merch, too, oh and THE BEST greeting cards. I always pick something up when I'm there for upcoming birthdays or special occasions.

Stumbled upon this cute shop while i was in town doing a bakery tour this week. Honestly out of the 20 scones I’ve consumed within the 15 bakeries i visiting i would say the raspberry scone is a best kept secret of this spot. All the pasties are made in house and with love. The shots are balanced and full of life and the staff was inviting and very knowledgeable about their products.

I enjoy the courtyard patio. It can get hot now that the sun is out and a power bank helps for when the outlets don't have a charge from the kinetic sculptures. Looking forward to half-off smoothie day promo :)Atmosphere: 5/5

A lovely, clean, relaxing coffee shop that is our new favorite. Tasty fresh made bakery items and delicious drinks! The staff are really pleasant!Dietary restrictions: Many fresh made gluten-free choices.

Very cute coffee shop with the nicest employees! Their coffee is reasonable priced and their baked goods are delicious! They have indoor and outdoor seating which is always a plus!Food: 5/5
