We were looking for good Thai food in the area, often on foot disappointed. Thai Sawadee didn't disappoint. I had my way when I tried a new Thai restaurant Pad Thai while my wife had Thai vegetables. It was presented beautifully, the vegetables were cut with care, not only torn up and thrown into the wok. The taste was wonderful and the vegetables cooked for perfection. I chose spice level four for my pad Thai and it was just wonderfully hot. The peanut sauce was tasteful, not only hot, but it was thin. It was not served with lime that I always feel, adding a wonderful citrus tartness to the dish. We both had to go to our dishes and both of us were disappointed about the taste and quality. It tasted as if it had been made days before and separated, thrown in the last minute. Tofu can be wonderful to pick up the flavors of the plate and not. The staff was very friendly, although not very attentive. Our food was served quickly, but we did not see our waiting staff until the end of the meal. No control over us at dinner. We will continue to search, but for now this will be our way for very good Thai food.
Over there at the weekend. The vegetable green curry was great. You ask what spiciness you want on a scale of 1 5. I ordered a 1 (the lowest) and went through about 4 glasses of water!!! It was quite sharp!! My wife ordered something with beef strips, and she wasn't a big fan of saying the beef was hard and tasteless. You see the menu on your phone, it wants you to register in your phone number and but our waiter told us you could just make a number so we did. The waiter was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was very clean. We'd eat there again.
The servers were wonderful, but I spent about 92 for a meal for two. Not only was that ridiculous, but the food was the worst Thai food I ever had. Place was quite clean with a peaceful atmosphere. The chicken with peanut sauce and sticky rice was really delicious. Dinner was terrible.
All right! It was our first visit, but not least we had the Thai iced tea, curry potsticker, chicken yellow curry and chicken pillow Thai. Everybody was 10/10! The service was fast and super friendly, and the restaurant was clean with a great atmosphere. We're coming back!
