Update review. We go out to eat 2 or 3 times a month. Living in Brick there are several place to eat. Today we went back to Friday's. We ate at the Toms River location 2 weeks ago with my daughter and family since it was a half drive for both of us. Today we went back to Brick Friday's... Our Server Dean sat us he had us laughing from start to finish. Made our day a bit brighter. He tries to alway get our order correct. We have had 2 other waiters at this place also go out of there way to make sure our orders are correct. It a shame people still have their meal picked up and than delivered. No food pictures today but some friendly artwork .. I hope you make it big one day. Best of luck
Their To-Go service is atrocious. It doesn’t matter if I pick it up or if Uber Eats delivers it. I understand there is a shortage of employees everywhere, but the kitchen just doesn’t care about to go orders. I constantly have issues with entirely missing items, or items just not completed. They’re literally stealing money. For example, I just ordered a Signature Whiskey Burger. And I received a plain cheeseburger. Have some kind of pride in your service. Or at least someone checking quality control.
I normally love Fridays but the last experience was just bad. I think the waitress was very new so we didn’t want to make her feel bad for little mess-ups, but out of the four of us, nobody’s food came out good and to receive a $116 bill with more than half of the dry, overcooked (wings and potato skins literally felt stale and microwaved) food still on the table just kind of made us wish we went somewhere else for our rare family outing.
Pleasantly surprised with the food, our server was excellent! Went with some family members including my two year old grandson, the server was very sweet and playful with my grandson. The fried shrimp and the potato appetizer were banging!
