Worst service ever . From the time we arrive the valet did not even know how much the valet service was. When we walked into the main area the front door lady gave us attitude. When we got upstairs to the restaurant they didn’t even know we had a reservation pretty oblivious to everything. The waiter didn’t speak English wasn’t attentive it was one waiter for tables. They got our drink completely wrong said they were going to change it never came back to change it. It was super expensive for such a small portion. We ask for the manager he never came the whole experience was crazy. And When we went to get the car from the valet he basically gave the key to us to walk to the car. The worst service ever ever ever oh and I forgot they said for one olive was six dollars the most ridiculous thing ever in life I’ve ever heard. I would never go back there again
The service was horrible! We, of us, sat with water only for about a half hour. No server to be found.Once we ordered, it took forever for our lunch to come out... we were starving but didn’t get an app because we didn’t think it would arrive any sooner than our food. By the time we would relocate we’d have the same time invested. we also sat for a long time waiting for our waiter to return for a final checkin or bring check.Food was good, but the craziness of the pool area outside and long wait made it not worth it. Overall there for hour min Unacceptable
The hotel was awfully packed with lines out the door! elevators were down, and it seemed like it was a spring break! The rooftop dinning experience was a joke, it’s right next to the pool, which was like a drunk party scene. The food was bland and boring, and over the top expensive, a bill for the bland american style food was a ridiculous. The server was the best part, her name was michelle, I highly enjoyed her and she should be recognized for the **** she has to endure while working there
