I can't praise this location enough. I hate to admit I've gotten myself into a pickle with dinning out in the mall area but Ted's has always accommodated my party. I waited for three hours at cheese cake factory with three little ones only to be told it would be another hour and people that came after us were getting seated at a table big enough for my party. Ted's to the rescue! That sat us in 15 min on a Saturday night! I tried to make reservations for my birthday recently and most places said to just show up and wait. BUT not Ted's! They accommodated a party reservation for the time I wanted(about two hours later). It's always great friendly service and who doesn't like their pickle slices and yummy Buffalo. I even ordered the Buffalo fillet for my birthday dinner and personally think they should charge more than what they do. Worth every cent spent that night! Thank you Ted's for always putting the customer first!
The food was amazing!! I suggest you serve your customers something besides salty pickles to “hold us over” especially when it can’t take a while to prepare the delicious food you serve. Some warm bread would have been nice instead.
Jake gave us a very pleasant experience. Last time the service left a little to be desired, but this time we had Jake and he took very good care of us! :
Haven't been here in awhile and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing and the service was great.
