Back in July I was in my Mimi house at Lake Hinsdale Village. We drove to Orland Park and I wanted to take my own car and my mother, my grandmother and her husband would take their own so I wouldn't have to go if they were going (usually earlier, as I wanted to spend time with my cousins I could never see. I came out to get my shoes out of the car, and I came out of the house. This means that my phone and everything I needed remained in the house (my phone has the GPS/address, my purse for gas and everything I needed. I went to TCBY to use her phone and a woman helped me so much. I suppose she was the manager since she was in the middle of the schedules and she was the kindest soul I ever met. I live in MA and I constantly think about how she really looked after when I came back to the house and certainly came to my destination. She really wanted to help and let me use her paper pens and phone and I had to go back more than once since my mother passed the door was just stubborn and I was just not hard enough, gave me the wrong garage code and all the windows were locked. She was really a hero, I never got her name, but thank you. Never remember that your true kindness and care for those around you goes unnoticed or unnoticed. Best customer service I could have asked and best yogurt if I am not switched off: I would give 5 more stars if I could!!
My husband and I came here for Desserts after we had delivered our frozen yogurt herbs. It seemed quite quiet compared to the new Melt n Dip in the square, but still it was very clean and everything was well organized. The lady who was the counter seemed somehow uninterested and turned off the impression that she just wanted to get out of there. You definitely don't have as many flavors of yogurt as many other frozen yogurt places I had to do, I was surprised that they didn't even have a milk free option - I thought by 2021 they would all be? But still it was delicious and we enjoyed the treat and the weather
Just a few minutes ago from this place. (Aug 30th, Thurs, about 5 pm) There was the NICEST lady behind the counter you wanted to meet. She was fantastic with all her clients and at my service, son and wife. She explained to serve herself and also allowed us to get some samples before deciding on a taste. The aromas change from time to time and the toppings are ENDLESS! There's something for everyone here. Here too, the customer service of the woman behind the counter (old Caucasian women) was absolutely excellent. Owner Brad, I hope you appreciate it! Thank you.
The young man gave me great service, was politely fast and easy! came back a second time and was served by a beautiful young Latina woman, her service was exceptional and she got me through the register in less than 2 minutes! I'll be right back!
