We used to love Talesai. The good service and food. We specially made the trip from Westchester near LAX to Studio City. This time the service lacked. servers in the restaurant and no one waiting, the take out seemed to be more important than the guests of the restaurant. For long times noone on the restaurant floor looking after us! Extremely long waits for the food. Yes, we order dish after dish. The normal sooo good duck was burned. The check for the of us was still without the tip. We are very reluctant to go back. What a shame!!!
Service was ridiculously slow. We were served mostly one dish at a time. One appetizer, one dish then wait. Embarrassing to pay almost On top of it; mediocre flavors...No mas!
The servings are small but the dishes are well prepared. The restaurant is physically a bit chilly. Service couldn't have been nicer
