Taj Mahal - Table reservation

This evening we ordered food via Lieferando, as we have done so often at Taj Mahal. The food is always very good and there have never been any problems with delivery. Til today... Since the bell doesn 't work for me (or only when you press it firmly), we have already automatically stored a cell phone number with the note Please call because the bell doesn 't work. This didn 't work today for some unknown reason. When we got the delivered notification via Lieferando and the food wasn 't there, we called Taj Mahal to inquire. We were told that delivery was not possible because we could not be reached. It was agreed that we would wait downstairs and the driver would come again. When it came, my friend was approached in a very unfriendly manner, including the words we don 't need to order from you anymore, we should look for another Indian... . I don 't think you have to put up with such an unfriendly manner. Even a subsequent phone call to the restaurant didn 't result in an apology for the driver 's outrageous behavior. Above all, the door downstairs was open. It was a shame, it was unnecessary. A piece of information for the management: such an outrageous manner, which immediately causes you to miss out on good food, is certainly not good for business. Because word like that gets around. Very poor service! We were neither greeted kindly nor served like a customer.Person who was serving was very rude. We were forced to purchase more as a minimum order than what we needed. They served us plain naans when we ordered garlic naans and when we informed them of the wrong order they served us the same plane naans with raw garlic paste applied on top of those plain naans instead of stuffing garlic paste inside before cooking it. I couldn't believe it is for real! It is stunning and took my breath away for the moment. I don't like the security scanning before entering the temple but I think they do it for a reason. Love India!
