This location is notorious for closing during the middle of the day for maintenance but not updating the app to where you can't order from them. Yet again this is now my second time ordering from them paying for my meal going to the location and it's closed. Is there a way that Taco bells can say whether they're closed or not so if people order in in the app or not paying for the meal that they can't pick up? Huge inconvenience especially cuz I'm on my break and now I have to wait for three business days to get my money back.
My bother got home from work at 11pm, order food through app, not 2 HOURS later it was cancelled. I get they work at night like he does, but if you don't want to do your job like you were hired to, don't bother working.
It's taco Bell. Food was ok though the new double berry freeze was excellent.
