Taco Bell - Table reservation

I LIVE IN THE AREA AND I JUST CAME TO GRAB A QUICK MEAL, I ORDERED SOMETHING WRONG, WHEN I CAME TO THE WINDOW THE CASHIER' HAD A BAD ATTITUDE, HOWEVER THE MANAGER QUICKLY CAME OVER TO THE WINDOW. HANDLE THE SITUATION AND PRECEDES TO HAND ME THE CORRECT DRINK I WANTED.. SHE WAS AMAZING, HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WERE AMAZING, HER ATTITUDE WAS AMAZING, AND I ASK HER WAS SHE THE MANAGER SHE SAID YES. I REALLY APPRECIATE SERVICE LIKE THIS WITH THE ECONOMY ALREADY ROBBING US BLIND. IT FEELS GOOD TO KNOW YOUR RESPECTED WHEN YOU PATRONIZE A BUSINESS AND ACTUALLY GET GREAT SERVICE FOR SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW WHEN SHE'S ON DUTY YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. . THANK YOU TO THE AFRICAN AMERICAN MANAGER ON DUTY

I went to Taco Bell recently, and ask if they have glute free items. But misinformation was provided by the employee regarding gluten free options She just said “No! We don’t have anything gluten free”. I was disappointment with the lack of accurate information because I went to the site and there was some gluten free items (power bowl for example)I suggest that Taco Bell improve employee training on allergens to better serve customers with dietary restrictions and hope Taco Bell will take to address this issue, such as updating their menu or providing more comprehensive training for staff.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

I miss the mt.holly taco bell. this place sucks! Food always prepared poorly or just wrong/missing. try another place
