they are quite tired of this place consecutively order wrong or eat consistently. usually, if I'm in the position to go at night, that's one of the few places that are open so late. I have tried to understand and give some chances, but at this point I will take my business elsewhere or stay home cooked food. the personal is unprofessional often go outside do not tend to care for their cooking or sanitary items. management seems good enough, but also does not seem to be able to have a hold of their employees to think about customer service. everyone except the person who took the order seemed to know what they didn't have, and I had to wait for a few mistakes before I finally got 1 order that was wrong and another one who had tasted what I had stopped eating halfway away.
in the app when we came in. my daughter went up and told them who we were and we were sitting. they almost immediately called us back and said our mission was ready, but it was the wrong order. 38 minutes later and we have our order. still wrong. wrong. we had not the half of our order, but all the others. we ordered 2 cheesy drilling and reis burritos and got 7, plus got 3 tacos supremes and no one ordered them. the manager was very apologetic and fixed the job, and that was very good.
from the choice for drinks ordered long johns have to go fishing it took so long to get order. they put small meal in a big box and big orders in a small box. had no choice on the side what they gave or had. for over $30 it will be next to us forever before we go back. warning, help set. with start on the same day. with paid daily .
I received the wrong order at the drive-thru window. When I went back through, they were apologetic and kind and gave me the correct order. Both meals were delicious. TIP check your order before you leave the parking lot.
