Sweet T's Restaurant Bar

So Sweet Ts had been my favorite restaurant since at least 2013 maybe before. Victoria used to wait on me and my family and she was awesome. I know she has recently passed and it's very sad for everyone. We all miss her. I love the chef there who does all the bbq. He does the Hawaiian bbq. I have always talked with him and have loved his food. Since they reopened after the fire up in Windsor. I turned my friend on to sweet Ts and we have been going there since they reopened in Windsor. Actually thru covid I did take out weekly ad well) Literally every Friday nite. We always order exactly the same thing. My friend likes her veges and I like my fried chicken Dark meat only the only way o can eat chicken). Tonite as usual on our fri eve there. We had a new waitress. We went over our menu and she supposedly got it. Seemed like a lovely girl. She brought out the wrong size veges for my gf she is vegetarian and needs large orders, and she brought me my mushrooms that go on my mashed potatoes, in a very small bowl with carrots. Not how do I put that on my mashed potatoes ? And she brought me two pieces of dark meat and two pieces of very white meat. The biggest piece being white. Obviously I sent it all back. It came back 4 times with all white meat! Now I have been a head waitress I have run restaurants. I understand the business. But come on. I would even usually never send something back ever. But white meat. No. I can't do That. Never have. I went to the bar and bartender gave me a free drink while I Waited. I go back to the table and Patty the owner came out and proceeded to kick us out of the restaurant. She escorted us out and even opened the door to make sure we left!! Never to return. We were obviously shocked. We did nothing to upset or provoke. We never have. We simply wanted our meals. In talking after to staff who have waited on us forever. They had no idea what happened. They said we r easy. They wait on us every Friday. It always exactly the same. Only this Friday it wasn't. Very sad because the whole of sweet ts had always been a go to. Yes they r expensive etc. But I have enjoyed the wait staff of which many r gone and now I understand why. The owner. Ann . She never even came out and asked us what she could do to help. She never asked our side of the story she simply escorted us out immediately Never to return. I am sorry this amazing restaurant had lowered itself to this level. I would have never expected it and I will never be back. Their loss many wonderful restaurants in sonoma county. I guess we were in a rut anyway going to the same restaurant every fri. But wow just wow. So those of us who going there. Tred carefully. Ann isn't nice. She's downright awful. Never even would listen to us. But who cares. Obviously she had a bad nite and we got the brunt of it but for us customers. We r the ones paying the bills and in this economy. Not Smart. But good for Her. I am sure she will sleep well tonite knowing that she took her **** out on well meaning very loyal customers that have always tipped well and been loyal. Such is life. On to better restaurants. Whew. Life is good. hopefully she heals and doesn't do this to other customers. Life is so short. Not worth the drama. I am a business owner I. Sonoma county. Had 200 employees for 17 yrs. This is not how one runs a business or trains staff. Very sad. Hopefully she wakes up. Or maybe just a bad day. Either way. I will never be back. Awful experience. Traumatizing for absolutely no reason Zero stars. Of course.

I know it's incredibly popular but it was just ok to me. I've tried quite a few items including the fried chicken, that everyone raves about. And it was good but you know who also makes good chicken? KFC and you get a bucket and lots of sides for the same price. Drinks are very over priced too but they are good.

I had salmon and some kind of spicy pomegranate margaritas. Both delicious! And our waiter was very attentive and very friendly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sweet teas I have been there a few times usually was there for lunch with grandkids usually order a burger fries or salad

Great menu offerings- great service by the team. The BBQ combination was amazing. Always a great place to visit!
