after a long car ride, parked in front of the hotel. submitted to book, welcomed by a friendly fun and helpful young man. ask for the parking space and received perfect simple instructions to follow. we were in our room and were very satisfied. the room was warm and beautifully decorated. everything was very clean and we were very impressed. I have the fact that there were hot chocolate bags in the room, as we don't drink tea or coffee. additional bonus of a few small packs of cookies. very welcome after our journey. on the double bed very good sleep, very comfortable in the did. morning breakfast, we sat immediately and told ourselves that we help the buffet part of the breakfast, the perfect selection of müsli, juice, fresh fruit, toast and various jams and jams, also yogurt with fruit compote as well as some Danish bucks. when we sat back, we were asked about our cooked breakfast, which came after the conclusion of our müsli perfectly a few minutes. it was very good. how refreshing to have decent quality sausage and more than enough on the plate. also offered tee and coffee. overall it was a very comfortable stay with beautiful rooms great eating and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel....absolutley!
Had a lovely few days here with my granddaughter who has never stayed in a hotel before, she loved it so much she didn't want to give the key to our room back coup room was on the ground floor so easy to get to ,it was very clean and comfortable ,staff were great very helpful,I did have a little problem with my bill but that was put right by the manager as soon as it came to his attention ,and he called me personally ,will definitely stay here again ,and fingers crossed will get the same room as promised to my granddaughter .
we all had a three cursor period and most deff would say 100% improvement from the last visiting staff were 100% on the upper form and for all r needed the food was absolutely to die, because we could not mistake the three curs meal some wise form or shape if this is the new wise at the swung then I coast it not long before the mens will be made from the door mistakes to sit and dine all
we have so much luck in alton to have the swan, we can do in any time of the day and have a very inexpensive meal, children are well maintained. I am always in the swan, such value ratios that are staffing so friendly and accommodating, for me this is the place to have a very good time with the family
