two families consumed on swagatham vegetarier! we love vegetarian restaurants where we don't have to ask if something on the menu is vegetarian because, everything is! we also love Indian food, so it was not a brains to try this place. Generally we enjoyed eating, although we found it to be a little spicier than we wanted. often in Indian restaurants the server asks them how sharp they want to eat. they were not here and although this could work for some people, we found some of the dishes too sharp to be able to enjoy enough. it looked like most other diners were people from indies so kudos to swagatham for creating an authentic Indian experience that attracted people who grew up, eat this kitchen! Unfortunately, the service was extraordinarily frustrating and a bit strange, which would not want to come back to a very difficult culinary experience for the 7 of us and a total impression of us. for example, they didn't give us any records. they did not bring any utensils with the ordered articles. we had to ask several times for tellers and place settings while eating before us sat without using it. we also ordered some dishes, and they seemed to lose the trace of them, as we still had to ask for those who had not arrived. (including her signature indli rice dish, which was the first thing we ordered and did not come to the end after many remembrance. at one point our server asked us if we wanted something else than we had not received everything we had already ordered. against the end of our meal, when I guess it plucked like we might end, they brought another party to the table where our children were sitting, as if they expected our children to stand up and go so that this other group could sit down. one or two mistakes in the service can be forgiven or even ignored, but if we went without all our food, several times had to ask for space settings and things with which the food is served, and then the experience to let them know we were not done yet as they seem to have expected that our children to leave their table for another party, led to a situation where, regardless of how much we enjoyed the food, the as regards food, the presentation is great. everything we were brought looked good and although some were too sharp, it also tasted very. the indli rice cake dish, was beautifully presented, but the rice cake itself did not taste as much without its accompanying dipping sauce. the saag panner also tasted super (although too spicy for our tastes the spinat was a very present fresh taste. we loved the dosas especially. they were super tasty, especially the cheese. (we think it was Cheddar cheese on the inner one we liked, but that didn't feel so authentic Indian. we also had samosas (make good, but too spicy, spinat pakora (the well looked and tasted, and a fried/battered cauliflower dish that had not much taste without the dipping sauces. if we were living in woodland hills I would consider taking the good other attempt to take our or delivery, especially if we could specify the flavor level on some of the dishes, but according to the service problems, I do not see that we are back for a dune in experience here.
