Sushiya - Table reservation

2 stars for them edible. I placed my order via DoorDash. I called and specifically asked for no cucumbers on my roles. You said, okay! And then I have... cucumbers in my roles. If it's a big deal for me to talk about it, maybe you don't try it? I also eat a lot of sushi. The roles I had (Buddha belly, Crunchy role) were just OK. Something about the flavors were for both. The avocado was not fresh (mushy and dark). Also the Buddha role was really wet so it fell apart / was messy at the moment when I recorded it.

Nice little spot overall, cute ambiance and attentive staff. Sushi quality was about 7/10, and unfortunately the prices were a bit high. Most the rolls were uneventful, but we did order the chef 's mood and it was great. The highlight was the beer prices. I believe a large Sapporo was $5.50. I 'll be back to try their lunch specials and take advantage of the amazing large Sapporo prices!

I love Bento boxes. You had a great Teriyaki chicken bowbox. My son loved his roles. We'll go back and eat there again. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our lunch.

First time visiting Shushiya, and it wont be the last. Reasonable pricing for rolls. Really enjoyed the service and rolls. Ngiri Eel is our fave.
