Customer service is never great but they do have pretty good rolls. It says they take their last call for orders 30 min to close but I guess not if they decide to start cleaning up early. I called to place an order 35 min to close and they said no it’s past last call. Sorry kitchen already started cleaning up. This place use to be my go to for sushi but I usually prefer to do pick up because the service is usually pretty bad. Not attentive to customers. Even for pick up I have gone and waited for a long time just for someone to come up to the front an d assist me. I’m not a complainer usually if I do a bad review its because the place has let me down too many times. It gets pretty annoying when you keep trying to look past things to salvage a night out and enjoy good food. The rolls are good which is why hey I gave them 2 stars but I can find a place just as good though not hard for sushi. Every time I order I spend around $60-120 for 1-2 pl more if it’s the whole family.
Wow.... How Freaken Sad. We had a service animal and multiple times with a vest and proper ID we still underwent the drama. It's sad because we love the sushi there but obviously they don't love dogs that take care of people even with all the proper identification we still had drama multiple times. This was the last straw, I am sorry to tell you this great food but horrible customer service
Professional chef with such an exquisite display ?? The baked green mussel roll was, by far, the best I’ve ever had, and the spicy tuna tempura was spot on. Not in the Valley that often, but we always round our hikes out here with sushiraw deliciousness. Parking was good.Food: 5/5
Worst experience! The place was far from busy, and took the waiter 20min just to come take our drink order, then over 35 min to take our order, my family and I left before they took our orderService: 1/5
