This is no longer what it was, a few more times these sushi were incredibly good, fresh and qualitative! Now they are sushi of large distribution, no ginger, no wasabi, no baguettes, finally if but must pay in addition... Normally it's understood it's part of the dish... Let's talk about the quality of the fish, we're on salmon, red tuna of commercial fish... Rice cooking isn't controlled, too sticky but it happens... And let's talk price even if everything increases you know, I'll pay accordingly but if and only if it's not at the expense of quality... Summary: It passes if you have never tasted before and if you have never tasted the original sushi

I went this Saturday to take sushi for four people. First the algae salad was no longer green but brown. , then I asked a very kind young woman to make me a tuna sashimi boat. This one was about to do it when his manager, a very unfriendly gentleman, told me that salmon should also be taken with him. I’ve been used to coming for years and this is the first time I’ve been refused to prepare it. I don’t know if this stand has changed stewardship but it’s a catastrophe!

Very pleasant and helpful staff, being accustomed to quality is at the rendezvous, I highly recommend and can say that it is one of the best sushi if it is the best in the region of Chablais.
