what a fabulous place to stay. beautiful clean caravans with large extras and we went only for bronze level. the camp had a lot of facilities, but we did not add the play pass when we booked and they won't give it to them when they arrive, so we couldn't do much before location. Moreover, the pass is expensive and on many other activities they need to pay quietly extra, especially if they have teenagers who want to do some of the more exciting activities. that said there is a lot to do locally and if they want to travel a bit further as well. the beach below the website is spectacular. we had 5 days there and we enjoyed it.
this side is beautiful and well maintained. there are many welcomes before location and the staff are friendly and welcoming. the mini market is good with a wide range of food and holiday toys and gifts on stock. the view of the sea was excellent and perranporth was just a short walk over the sandy dunes. the beach is accessible from the website, but it is quite far down and it is quite tiresome coming. Apart from that, I would recommend this page.
We enjoyed our 10 day stay. Was really low prices for tourers. Good toilet and shower facilities. Activities can be booked along with a swim too. There is a well stocked mini-market and a good selection of places to eat plus fish n chips and pizza. You can walk to the beach from the site but its quite challenging and long. There is a bus into the village or to Newquay from the entrance. The staff are the highlight :
Just returned from a fabulous week at Perransands with my family. We had a great time, caravan was nice and clean and in a great location right by the sand dunes. Entertainment was great and my grandson loved meeting the haven characters and having his picture taken. The only negative was that the pool had no play area for the kids so this is my reason for 4 stars and not 5! I would definitely go again
