Wow! My friends and I stopped here for brunch on our way back to SF from San Jose and it was amazing. We sat outside in the shaded patio, our server was great and the food was fantastic. Everything on the menu looked so good, it was hard to make decisions. We ended up getting huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, the breakfast sandwich, and the bananas foster hot cakes. We loved everything, but the hot cake was the crowd favorite. Honestly, the best hot cakes I’ve ever had!The space is also so lovely, every detail from the decor to the mugs and plates. We definitely recommend!

Holy smokes this place was awesome. Great cocktail, and my bar tender Josue was superb.A trendier, more upscale version of Mexican food but without sacrificing flavors or the hominess or authenticity.Vegetarian options: They have plenty of veg options, and are flexible with the menu!Parking: Can't drive on California Ave, so park a block or so away, which can be tricky on weekends or busy nights.

Our new favorite brunch place. We will go back to try their breakfast burrito and more. We shared the pancake which was delicious. I had the chicken mole tacos and hubs had the egg avocado breakfast sandwich with potatoes. We both had the Mexican Olla coffee. All delicious. Highly recommend.

Lovely family owned restaurant with all the Mexican classics and very vegetarian friendly too. We got the Grandma's omelette with mole and the chilaquiles. Good portion sizes for sharing and outdoor seating on Cal Ave is also available.
