Summer Palace - Table reservation

Visited with friends just before Christmas. Very good selection of dishes, nicely presented. Mix up with starters. We each ordered our own choices and ended up with 5 portions of each. Not explained to us that if we had a mixed platter of starters it would have had five portions. We ended up eating lots of starters but limited amount of main courses as we couldn't manage anymore! However, what we had was delicious.

We have eaten here many many times all the food is brilliant as well as the staff. Food is cooked fresh to order despite been a buffet style. It is all hot and delicious. This is excellent value for money regardless if you go in the week or at the weekend. Keep up the excellent work.

I really like this place. The food is always great, and it has a great atmosphere. The only slight niggle I have, is that the drinks tend to be a bit slow. But I don't think it's bad enough to lose a star, just an area that could be improved.

a beautiful inviting place, eating is decent and full. service is good and atmpsphere is warm and quite alive as soon as it gets full!
