I have visited many Subway locations, and this particular one was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff, especially one individual, was very rude, calling others names after being asked to be quiet. The salad bar was alarming to see, with cross-contamination issues such as cheese with chicken, beef with chicken, and bacon mixed in with vegan items and salads. The staff did not seem to care about where different ingredients were placed. It took a long time for our food to be prepared, nearly 20 minutes for just 2 subs, and the order had to be repeated multiple times. They forgot the cheese and the chicken nachos. The food was okay, but the service was extremely poor. I felt embarrassed to be served by them and will not be returning. While we waited for our food, a young boy was chatting with another customer instead of attending to our order, which resulted in our food being served cold.
