they know that customer service is bad when they need to be the person who welcomes the employee. mike is a very unpleasant person. I felt as if I were so inconvenient there. it was the middle of the afternoon without customers. and I can see why. do not work in customer service if they cannot provide the most basic services. I will never go to this place again.
I eat here quite often and I'm not sure why. The sandwich is usually on stale bread and sloppily made. I order online so I don't have to deal with the person I'm assuming is the manager, he is always there, as he is often in a bad mood or wants to talk for an hour about all the problems in his life. I will not be going back.
I haven't been in the subway for years. I only have the number for outstanding meat on a wrap footlong one of the best wraps I had. it will definitely get back!
