Stopped in a steak and shake in Melbourne fl went inside and to my utter surprise found out it was all self serve a order machine greeted you before you got to the counter to find out what was going on. My favorite restraunt had totally disinigrated was nothing like it use to be including the food. I had been going to this restraint since the early 60s and the food and service was always so good a fast food restaurant where you could go inside and eat with plates, glasses, and silverware.If,your thinking of order and go forget it it 's never been the same it 's totally different the thing that discussed me was the grease that filled the wrapper to your hamburger and yes it seems right into the bun usually not hot either. Man do I ever hate to see a good thing lost Steak and Shake Was the best.
i waited 25 min in the drive up line with two cars ahead of me, at 10 pm when it wasnt even busy. my food was thrown in my bag and the napkins were crumpled. They could barely remember what i ordered, and the food wasnt good either.
The person who did everything was super cool! The dining room is always empty, because this joint is located in a trail away from which I don't know many. Great app ordering process.
It wasn't bad only Pommes had no Salzburger was ok looked like a guy who led the whole shop lobby was closed, but employees was polite
