This is the best Starbucks, I love this place. I visit this place every single day that all the staff know me very well. They are super polite and friendly and their customer service is fantastic. Every time I visit this place with my dog they give him a puppochino and my dog loves them. Sometimes I visit this place more than 4 times a day lol
Bought a hot latte this morning. When back home and found that the coffee was cold. The service was good, but don't understand how come a hot coffee turned into a cold one.
Their Lattes have no flavor. Does not taste like the other Starbucks locations. Always disappointed when I go to this
Some girl thinks she can do whatever she wants e.g. write on customer cup to ask for tips?
