Staff today at 15:30 was phenomenal! She did a great job in the service and made our drinks even if she was alone! She was so flexible with the personalization of my drinks request. Thank you to her! Some Starbucks I'm going to get confused or refuse when I have a specific request. But she was wonderful! The drinks were also very well made. I happen to be over when it was her happy hour, so I got a BOGO on drinks, which was an additional bonus! We ordered a salted Caramel Mocha frappaccino and a mixed Chai Latte with coffee.
Customer service here was great!! Even with all the grim customers, they never lost their smiles.
Had a great experience with Blake today. He was all alone and crushed it. A coffee machine.
