by the app ordered to pick up in business as I went to work. the app told me to pick up in the load. to the door and it was not open. I saw the workers inside, but there was no sign at the door that the dining room was closed. I went through the window to try to see what was going on and explained I ordered for picking up in the store. I was told to go to another one and give them their order. I said I had ordered more than 10 minutes online and I wondered if my order was ready. they told me to go to the car drive thru when their dining room was closed. I explained that I ordered mobily to skip the line because I have to go to work. they gave me my order, but they muttered to me because I was a liability. I understand that they feel a short personal, but perhaps, instead of the customer, they can apologize for the fact that they had a sign on the door, so that I have to 't come after responding to the running thru window. my job was not even correct.
Things have really gone down on the drive thru on Sundays. Young lady was half awake or stoned at 130pm today. Rather than correct the error in output which was different than rung for 2 VENTI Coffee drinks, she downsized them and still got both wrong. Not gonna hold up the line but COME ON?!?! Have an on the ball individual at the drive thru window who has a brain and some humility not just aggro. Turned off Regular customer today 7/10/2022
poor service. waited over 35 minutes in-line felt like I hadn't waited for a steak to dieucks. I was wasting my whole lunch break at this place and they gave me the wrong drink, the worst customer service of all time. they tried to offer me free drinks and still paid because the director is the time! no recommend.
it is 550 clock and their hours say open at 530 clock. the monitors are up, but no baristas in sight. that's the 4th event I had in the morning, where the hours were wrong. several customers also pulled up and drove out. get it together!
