Horrendous customer service. This isn't a recent issue either. It's been consistent for at least 6 months now. The worst service is from who I believe to be the general manager. I never caught her name, not that it matters. Every barista there is horrible. They obviously hate their jobs, hate their customers, and probably hate their lives. If you want coffee, go to Philz or Peet's. If you specifically want Starbucks, just go to the one inside of Safeway. They are much better.I don't like writing negative reviews, which is why I've given chance after chance for this issue to change. It's hasn't and I truly believe it won't until they clean house.
Ordered 2 Americanos with room for milk. There are no condiments so I ask for half&half. Get a teaspoon of h&h in a paper cup. Ask for some more for the second Americano. Response: I will have to charge you for that .Are you kidding me??No more Starbucks! Ever!
Waited 15 mins, only to get the wrong order. Wrong order down to the size. Then all they say is “oh” and ask me to re-order. Whoever runs this place needs to quit.
