Ordered online for pick up at 1150 am per the app, order end up being ready 12:20 pm, q couple of employees having conversation and not work being done, as a plus I made some changes to my order online, like an extra shot of coffe extra caramel and they are not free add up, that they were not meet and when I asked to correct the order they actitud it was so disrespectful and unprofessional that I decided just to leave and not getting my order there the worse ever!
Stopped in last week for for my favorite afternoon pick-me-up to help me finish my day. I had left my credit card and a staff member chased me down the street to return it to me.
