This has to be the busiest Starbucks in the area. They have a person dedicated to just standing there sorting out to go orders. Not making drinks. Just standing there. I literally watched in amazement. As if people here didn’t know how to grab something they ordered an needed help after. Anyways also check your lids here. Last few drinks both hot and cold were not on correctly an I spilled an slightly burnt my hand. Staff are all fantastic. Place is always packed. So there’s no where to sit. Inside or out.
My one star is not for the store or the employees. My one star is for the absolutely useless lids that you put on your cups. I burnt myself multiple times. Not because I wasn't sipping properly, but because every movement created a wave out of the top splashing every where...WORST LIDS EVER! Today is Feb 16 its 7:36pm.
I ordered a large cappuccino and only the foam came, the glass didn't weigh anything, 3 drinks and the glass emptied, it was full of foam, the person who helped me at the register was very kind, but I didn't like the amount of coffee.
Just to let you guys know. There is NO drive through at this location. On Google maps it says it is but no it's not. Oh and get the Iced Caramel Macchiato Quad. You won't regret it! Price per person: $1–10
