Being Saturday July 8 at approximately 7:40 am I was at the Starbucks in Stirling and 95, I went to pick up an order that were 2 drinks, when I arrived at the place there are 3 people working, none of the 3 greeted me, They are serving another person, we were only 2 customers in the place, I see that they have finished serving this customer and they still do not serve me and I tell them, the girl I think is called Ann begins to serve me, she puts one of the drinks in the bag and starts to make a meal, in my order I do not have food, only drinks, she in a very good mood at all times dancing to the rhythm of the song they were playing, she is very happy, after a while she realizes that I am still there and that I was missing the drink, because my drink was always served so she did not pack it for me, since she was not concentrating on her work, and when the service was finished she gave me my bag and made a derogatory gesture with her hand How he had finished with me and that I was leaving, I felt despised and I think that both the people and the manager of that place should know this, very bad treatment that they gave me and delay in the service. If you doubt what I am telling you, look for the cameras and you will see. How good is your good sense of humor and joy, but as a professional you don't know how to give a good service. thank you.
Bathroom is filthy with no toilet paper and a clogged toilet. The space overall was dirty and disorganized. So sad that they aren’t maintaining brand standards. If this is what I witnessed, I can only imagine what other gross things are going on behind the scenes.I ordered a Trenta Strawberry Açaí Refresher with light ice and they literally put less than 10 ice cubes in there so the drink is mostly room temp and overly sweet.Also, they didn’t have any raw sugar packets for my espresso, and the Barista looked at me as if I was insane for asking for such an item.Drive to another Starbucks if possible.
I placed an order at 8.42am and it was ready by 843am..no way..the manager was rude when I asked why was my order sitting for a whole ten minutes as it indicated on the mobile app it would be ready in 5..they do not work that fast as i personalized my drink..they gave me someone else's drink and did not apologize and I did not have the time to argue with them..first and last time Starbucks.. you deserve no stars
New place fast on orders. They have the standard stuff as all Starbucks. I picked up a drink and a grilled cheese For my daughter.I don’t eat or drink here or at any Starbucks too expensive for what you get. However they sell a lot of stuff so they know what they’re doing.
