never thought i’d ever be writing this as i’ve never ever had a problem with this starbucks until today, me and my cousin had gone through the drive thru and ordered a iced pumpkin chai latte with almond milk and extra caramel drizzle, the lady that took our order she interrupted us and goes “oh that’s how it’s made, so you just want the caramel drizzle” we replied yes but the total was cheaper then it normally was, so we pulled up to the first window politely asked if it was made with almond milk straight off the bat she got very defensive and had an attitude saying we didn’t tell her we wanted almond milk, and how when we order these types of drinks it’s not actually on their menu, then we said no it’s fine we’ll just take the drinks, and she refused to give us them and said “no no no, tell me, no no no i’ll go make it for you” with attitude, after that we just left without our drinks.
I always love getting my Starbucks from this location just before hopping onto the 401 to go back home from visiting family. Their close proximity to the highway makes it very handy to grab a quick iced latte or my fall favourite Pumpkin Spice Latte. Service is already great and fast when I go through the drive-through.
Service is always great and fast, food and drinks are always great. Baristas are always very friendly. Location is always clean. They're definitely a location other Starbucks should look to as an example.
