The concept is rather beautiful, just like service. We order flames (orbent for spelling), which are served on a table. We cut them off to share them. It's very user-friendly. There is a choice in the tops, but above all, the famous Alsatian flambée pie is cooked with wood fire and has a paste as crispy as good. desserts are generous and beers, from an Alsatian brewery, are also excellent. It is imperative to book even week nights. The room is medium and fast.
Great Alsatian restaurant. Fast service even with late arrival, top pie (margherita is a delight) really good flavor assortments. Nice waiter. Bières craft at the top, I recommend and I'll come back!
