We stayed in the hotel and ate at several Monetier restaurants during our week. The decor at Stabatio is beautiful, and we enjoyed two dinners in the spacious dining room (it was good enough to come back to). Service was friendly and the food was delicious.
I am a very critical guy and after reading the comments, I was a little afraid. But nog need to! I think it is very good. Also very much. Some nice wines to go with. You can easily go here, it is good. An 8 for me.
The restaurant is beautiful : trendy with a cool atmosphere. The food is average : good quality with limited choice. The service is poor : warm at the beginning then long long long even unprofessional.
