we have been traveling to deidesheim for many years. for the first time in st, urban and to compare with several restaurants in the neighbourhood, we would say: among the star-seated hotel restaurants this had the best kitchen from all. I would recommend to make sure they get a table in the ground floor or outside instead of the cellar. then we would also recommend to experience an evening in kirchenstübl, a restaurant where more local food for a casual every day go, and compare it with the elevated variants and the elevated price of local food in st. urban.

the service was excellent. the wee menu is recommended. dive and drink first class. the vaulted cellar is completely freshly renovated, just a little cool.
