Ordnete Singapore Mei Fun and wrote VEGETARIAN in the instructions and received meat in my noodles. asked the lady to replace her, and she told me I made a mistake because I did not write “no meat”. I told her by definition, Vegetarian does not mean meat and her colleague also confirmed that they don't understand what Vegetarian meant. They told me they would send a new order and I waited patiently for 45 minutes before she called to see where my order was and she said I'm sorry the driver was busy. She didn't seem to care that they didn't get the order right, or that I was starving and waiting for a long time since the original order (2 hours earlier! . At the end, she told me to cancel the order because the driver said, "He can't do it because he's too busy." This is the worst customer service I had in a looong time. Fortunately, there are many Asian restaurants to choose from in my area. Will not go back, especially after they refused to recognize mistakes or make it right.
