I finally got to try out after what seemed years the new Spaghetti Warehouse in Columbus, Ohio!! There were four in our party. The food and the service was fabulous! Andrea L was our waitress and we didn’t have to ask for anything. Jimmy was the manager and he Is the perfect person to be there!!We had a little bit of a problem with parking. The closest was a parking garage two blocks away. All of us were seniors with various restrictions and that was hard.hope that this can be worked out with maybe Valet Parking . Thank you Jimmy for making us feel so welcome! One other thing, would have liked to see more of a “ A Spaghetti Warehouse” Look. Please let us know if there were other options on parking worked out.
It is nothing like the previous location. It’s really noisy, has what I would call a “cheap industrial” look (and I like a good industrial look). It only needs reservations now because the location is really small. Our wait person was not good at the job at all and was not new or in training either. The bread we so love was doughy and not fully baked. Our favorite chicken Parmesan was fairly tasteless. It was just an extremely disappointing experience for a family who loved the “old ways”
The acoustics were terrible. The noise level was so loud it was hard to have a conversation. It took 50 minutes for our dinner arrived, so we had to eat quickly to make it to our Broadway show. Dinner was delicious, but disappointed in the lack of variety in appetizers. Every appetizer had a red sauce included except salad appetizer. Calamari with sweet sour sauce instead red sauce would have been good or Bruschetta, since all of our dinner choices were in red sauce.
Wasn't impressed at all. Our bread was very hard. The food was okay. Definitely not what it used to be.
