Sonic Drive-in - Table reservation

Do not know what the problem was not an explanation, but my online order was not delivered until 35 minutes after check-in then only when I got the 'place an order' button no answer for 5 minutes. When they broke it out, it was cold that a milkshake was missing. An I'll be right back returned another 10 minutes waiting another 'place a command ' before we get the shake. I suspect they were short employees or new employees. I am more concerned about the lack of communication about why my order was 't ready when I arrived when the app said it would be recognized that I would be checked in my order soon. If there is a problem, an apology or at least an explanation is polite. There was neither, nor thank you.

Every time I visit, the grounds and the terrace are clean; this makes the stop a pleasant and relaxed experience. Sometimes, if I only get a drink through the ride, the staff will bring it to my car, so I don't have to wait until the several cars get their orders before me. Each manager in this business was excellent, even if challenged with new employees who have difficulty getting the hang of things. Love Sonic!

I don't care to give a star to this place, it's very rude and dirty with her attitude and mouth need more training and speak very loud. I feel bad for the employee who has to work with her.

Ordered through the app and waited in my stall 30 min for order! I spoke to them several times but they kindly ignored my complaint! Do Not go there, you will leave very disappointed

For some reason the Chilly Hot Dog does not taste like the foot long hot dog the foot long is much better food: 3/5
