I usually go to Sonic on Kittyhawk, which was an award-winning drive-on few years ago. We were turned away from being served the second to last time we went (for slushes). After waiting several minutes, a man responded, saying he was only taking doordash orders because he had no help. Okay. Sad. We went back a few evenings later, there were people working and we waited again. The order (for slushes) was taken and we waited about seven minutes for them. In between, a young lady tried to give us someone else's order. When our slushies finally did arrive, one was fine and the other was not.
Great service at this location. Only disappointment is the picture shows lettuce and tomatoes, they change an extra 10 cents to add it.
It was going to be over 20 minute wait for food the app is still not working and they would not honor their app so we
please fix the card readers here! This is the only place where I have this issue...
