"Finding vegan food outside the big cities is a challenge in France. I would have starved in this small town in the middle of the mountains, there were only Fondu and Raclette and the famous Tratiflette from the area. It doesn't sound like much, but if you're a stranded vegan, it saves your life! The owner (Stéphanie) is beautiful and knows the fight of food allergies! She knew vegetarianism and veganism and asked me many questions about what they could change or offer to make vegans happy. She was very upcoming and takes her business and costumer luck very seriously. Everything is homemade and local. There are also gluten-free options!
