I saw a delivery person with a frozen drink come out of there. So I went to get one. When I walked in I saw a guy come from behind the counter and start wiping tables, so I asked him what type of frozen drinks do you guys carry and he pointed at the menu saying lemonade and walked away. What? Lemonade what? Shake? Smoothie? And no I didn't say any of those things aloud, I just thought them. The girl behind the counter that was wiping the shelf continued to do just that as she was turned around looking and listening obviously. So I looked at her and smiled and walked over to the counter. This girl turned around from looking at me and left me standing there without saying a word. Stood there for about 5 minutes as she continued to pretend to clean the same spot as another guy came from the back and got a drink for himself then leaned on the drink station drinking it and locking at me. I didn't say a word but turned around and walked out. Poor customer service!
I have never felt so disrespected by workers in my life. My name is Margaretta, and after correcting the employees multiple different times they continued to to call me margarita. Then, to have one of the workers laugh at my name and continue to make fun of the fact that it sounds like margarita made me feel like scum. On top of this I waited 20 minutes for food they said wasn’t ready, just to have it go cold as it was sitting on the table to be picked up. Worst restaurant experience ever, would not recommend, and will never come back.
Numerous times we have tried to go here to eat only to find the one side of the restaurant crammed packed full of people eating and the right side closed. With no where to sit we just leave. It's not like they have to wait on the tables. You place your order at the counter. Losing a lot of business with that much seating closed off.
Great burgers, and even better brussel sprouts! I should just order an order of Brussels with a side of Brussels as I love them SO much. I often times feel the burgers could use a bit more salt... BUT if you get the Kenai cheese... it makes up for it. Can't help but get some Smashburger every trip we take to Anchorage.
