Only 1 star selected because I could not choose ZERO stars. Order was canceled, only as I knew was by email. I work in a medical clinic and I don't always have access to my email. A call would have been a simpler way to contact. Then tried to get a refund and had nothing but a round about way. I haven't received a refund yet. I was placed on the vault to hear EVERYTHING in the store. Heard the manager and the owner fight and scream in the background swear and call names. No one returned to my call. Called the customer service line after several times said to get refund I must go online. had to leave a voicemail for customer service. This place is absolutely ridiculous and I will return NIE. It wasn't the first time this happened. If you do not want to do the delivery, take it as an option from the website. If you are not ready for picking up at selected time, remove it from the site. Should never become rude and respectful to the customer. I have dined several times at Smashburger and now I will never eat there again.
Restaurant prices, worse than fast food. Misleading bogo22 advertisement, a burger with avocado, looks like someone had wiped an avocado over them like toilet paper and left behind the essence of avocado. These are their special Smash-Fries... I can count the seasonal flakes and certainly not taste. I stopped eating here before COVID and made the mistake to try it again. Don't make the same mistake as me.
I asked for nothing from this strange melted Cheddar, on which you have it anyway on my burger, not the first time that my order was grounded. Online ordering hardly ever works and all employees seem really stressed, turnover also seems really high. This place is bad. Even belonged to a manager who spoke hard with another employee. If you can't manage a healthy and efficient workplace, just close.
Had to pay $2extra for gluten bun. (Celiac) First off they made a single burger after paying for a double. The second time around the burger was to have grilled green peppers and they were fresh. We will never eat there again. Not hardly cooked.
