Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed the experience but it was a very expensive about $320 Australian dollars and most of the journey was on a coach and train. We got collected from Lucerne so the other passengers who departed Zurich had a longer day than us. At times great views but unless you had a window seat you could not get photos. There was no scheduled stops except in one town and mostly that was designed to send you into one of their shops which sold numerous Swiss watches at enormous prices. There was no food included in this 12 hour journey. We could buy a bottle of water on bus and told we could refill it in the bathrooms as it was good water. Food was available to buy at the top but very expensive which seems to be the case throughout Switzerland.

Visited this with a tour group from Great Rail Journeys on 15/02/2019. I was apprehensive after reading previous reviews on here, mainly about being over crowded. Nothing could have been further from the truth, plenty of room to move about, the trick is to have a drink, let the crowd go and then start the tour. Lindt chocolate shop is reasonably priced for Switzerland and well worth a visit. Take the lift up to the viewing platform, no camera, no phone and no description by me can describe the views on a superbly clear day where we could see France, Italy, Germany and of course Switzerland. From me it’s 10/10.

A charming place to take a break whilst skiing. It’s a self service place with nice personnel and nice food. Don’t forget to leave some space for home made deserts. As far as prices, same expensive as anywhere in the Swiss mountains.

The entire day at the Jungfrau was amazing. We decided to experience the cheese fondue and were glad we did. It is a bit pricey for what you get, but the overall experience of eating it while at the top of Europe couldn't be beat!
