Sizzler Santa Clara

Sadly within 10 minutes of paying for dinner $58.25) our car was broken into and several items were stolen. Even though the food ordered was not eaten due to the circumstances of spending the next hour and a half canceling everything and contacting the Santa Clara police department to only be told that this is an epidemic they are aware of and will not send out any police, it is quite common, you can file a report online we where not offered or given any type of refund. My advice there much better choices available, I 'd steer clear of this location.

I loved it! Our server was great, her warmth and kindness just shines through! She is such a delight, this location will be one of our go to spots when we're in town. The food was pure comfort goodness! Tasty steaks, and veggies with just enough snap -can't stand over cooked vegetables... Nicely stocked salad bar, with gloves available and required for hygiene (and covid, I'm sure). Planning many happy returns!

I ordered the famous Steak lobster, an 8oz upgrade for the steak and loaded potatoes with bacon, but they gave me the wrong plate, and what they did was that she took my plate and put bacon on the potato. They didn't give me my steak upgrade, I'm tired and they never brought me my drink.

The foods are good ... nothing fancy like Black Angus ... Cheese Cake Factory but they are good. Our waiter, Alexander, was super friendly and attentive!

Salad bar, soup and hot bar area was open. They provided plastic gloves and prefer you wear face mask while serving yourself at the salad bar area.
