Wow. What an undiscovered gem! Stellar food and service. Honestly the best food we ate here in Madrid (and that’s after 2 solid weeks of eating out). We are moving here in September and expect to be regulars.
we arrived at 18 o'clock, but most stands on the market where closed. rather disappointing, but eating was great for it. the otopus and the baked rice are one!
the hotel is located in the market below, it is an informal place. eating was excellent, especially the prawn carpaccio. I can only recommend it.
